📦 Shipping & Orders
Q: Where do you ship to? A: We ship exclusively within the United States (USA). At this time, we do not fulfill international orders, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
Q: What is the exact delivery timeframe? A: Every order goes through two phases before reaching your door:

Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday), where we verify, pack, and prepare your package.

Transit Time: 5 - 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday), which is the time it takes the carrier to transport the package to your address.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official public holidays.
Q: Can I track my package in real-time? A: Absolutely. As soon as your order is picked up by our shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier network to update the tracking status.
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Q: What happens if I change my mind? A: We offer a hassle-free 14-day return window starting from the exact day you receive your package. The product must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and inside its original, intact packaging.
Q: Do you provide free return labels? A: No. Customers are responsible for covering the direct costs of return shipping to our facility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.
