Refund policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Return Process

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@olaknitar.com with photos of the issue. We will review it right away and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
